Who needs your services? What can you do for me?

We assist businesses and individuals who don't have enough time, resources, or need a new perspective. We've saved clients time and money by helping to increase their efficiency and productivity. We assist large corporations, small businesses, local organisations, community groups and individuals.


How does it work? What is the process?

The process begins with an initial consultation to determine your needs, establish goals and priorities, and formulate solutions. It is important to us that we provide you with a solution, not just a service. We provide a detailed action plan within 48 hours after a consultation, outlining estimated costs and a proposed timeframe. Discretion is assured. There is absolutely no obligation. We only quote our hourly-rate service over the phone. All services are confirmed in a written Client Services Agreement that outlines services, relevant details and fees.


What type of clients do you work with? Who uses your services?

Our clients include small-to medium-business operators, holiday home owners in the Macedon Ranges, busy executives, local councils, community groups, those incapacitated due to illness, and individuals looking for home management or organisational services.


Do you take commissions from third-party service providers or tradespeople?

No, we don't. We have a list of preferred suppliers with whom we've built rapport and trust. We have a reputation for knowing the best people for the job and have long-term relationships with tradespeople and service providers throughout the Macedon Ranges region. We will only collect our fee through a service provider with your knowledge and where you consider that approach more attractive.


What areas do you service?

We are located in the Macedon Ranges (45 minutes north of Melbourne), and provide services within that region. We service Daylesford, Castlemaine, Kilmore, Sunbury and surrounding townships. If you require assistance in another area, please contact us.


Do you have a cancellation policy?

We understand your time is valuable and that arrangements need to change. If you need to cancel, we would appreciate at least 48-hours' notice to allow us to try and fill the appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee.


Pricing

Because we offer such a diverse range of services and packages, and each client's requests are unique, our pricing is tailored to suit individual needs to ensure you're getting value for money. Our fees are competitive and our services are completed efficiently and with attention to detail.

Our initial consultation fee is $100.

Travel time is not charged for the first 30 minutes, then travel is charged at the hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will tailor a package to suit.

Please note all third-party costs will be billed directly to you, unless we agree to alternative arrangements.


How do I pay you?

An invoice is sent at the completion of a job, or with monthly retainer services at the end of each month. Projects will be invoiced according to terms agreed as part of the project agreement. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or direct deposit.

Whilst every possible effort will be made to source service providers of the highest quality, we are unable to take responsibility for the level of service provided by third parties once engaged by the client.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Complete Order respects your privacy and adheres to current privacy legislation. We also operate under the AAPO Code of Ethics, which ensures client confidentiality and can provide a client confidentiality agreement if required. Clients contact details will only be distributed to third parties with your prior agreement. Details provided for subscription to our newsletter, Facebook and special offers will only be used for this purpose.
